Pick up at airports, train stations and ports:
Your driver will wait you at the meeting point with a well visible name board (with your name on it). The meeting point is in your confirmation voucher, which we send you via email and you can also print it straight from this website, instantly after your successful online reservation.
Pick up from your hotel or private address:
Your driver will be at your address at the requested time.
Important: if you cannot recognize your driver, please do not leave the meeting point but call your driver or the local dispatch center immediately. You can find the local emergency number in your confirmation voucher.
