I don't receive the email confirmation, and was impossible to get though the phone number of the company to receive a copy. Fortunately I receive an email the same day of the journey of customer support confirming that the reservation was OK. The transfer arrives 10 minutes late. It would be desirable that the driver arrives at the time that was arranged, most important if we talk about tourneys to the airport, as it was my case (I have to pick up a flight to return home).

Driver was 35 minutes late, jeapordizing our check-in. He obviously had NO idea how to navigate in Mechelen & would have driven down Batteksesteenweg if I hadn’t known the route to BXL Airport. His mistake could have cost me thousands of € if we missed our flights. I don’t think I will use your service again!

We have now used Transfers2Airports several times in multiple locations and have been very pleased! This is the second (or third?) time that we have booked through you to get home from the Vienna Airport, and the second time that the local provider has been Private Hire. Their service has been friendly and professional although we have had to wait a bit in the Arrivals Hall for them to pick us up each time (our recent flight did arrive slightly early). We would be glad to recommend this firm to others. One comment for future reference (either for clarity on your website or the instructions that you give to your local providers), on this most recent trip, we were not traveling with the car seats for our 2 small children and requested them -- specifying "car seats w/ shoulder harness." However, what was provided were merely booster seats and not car seats with sufficient restraint systems. Given that it is a 45-minute drive to our house on the highway/motorway/autobahn, we would like to know that the next time we use your service and make this request we will be assured that our children will have the proper car seats. Thank you!
